The integration between Temu and DMSMatrix allows sellers to manage their e-commerce operations more efficiently by synchronizing key data across platforms. With this connection, DMSMatrix can automatically push and pull product listings, inventory levels, order data, and tracking updates between your Temu store and the ERP system. This seamless integration helps reduce manual work, avoid overselling, and ensures accurate, real-time data exchange, empowering you to scale your operations with confidence.

Getting Started

DMSMatrix App Installation Guide on Temu
Requirements:
• Access to Temu Seller Center
• Valid company email address

Installation Steps

Step 1: Access App Store

  1. Log into your Temu Seller Center.
  2. Navigate to the ‘Apps and Services’ tab.
  3. Click on ‘App Store’ to access the available apps.

Step 2: Locate DMSMatrix App

  1. Use the search function within the App Store to find the DMSMatrix app.
  2. Hover over the app’s icon to view a brief overview of the functionalities that the DMSMatrix app provides.

Step 3: Authorize the App

  1. Click on the ‘Authorize’ button to start the app authorization process.
  2. A new page will open requesting permission to integrate with your Temu account.

Step 4: Grant Permissions

  1. A list of actions that the app can perform will be displayed.
  2. Hover over the tooltip next to each action for a detailed description.
  3. Select all necessary actions by checking the corresponding boxes to grant DMSMatrix the permissions to perform these actions.

Step 5: Provide Company Details

  1. Enter your Company Name and Email Address in the respective fields.
  2. Ensure that the information provided is accurate to facilitate smooth operations and support.

Step 6: Access Token and Key

  1. Copy the text provided beside the authorization details.
  2. This text contains the access token and key necessary for DMSMatrix to function.
  3. Share these details with your DMSMatrix associate before submitting the form to ensure that your account is properly linked.

Step 7: Finalize Installation

  1. Review all the information and permissions.
  2. Click ‘Submit’ to finalize the installation of the DMSMatrix app.
  3. You will receive a confirmation notification once the app is successfully installed.

TEMU – DMSMatrix Connection

Once you have installed the DMSMatrix app in Temu and obtained your Access Token and Key, the next step is to configure your DMSMatrix account to establish a successful connection with Temu. This can be done manually, or you may choose to skip this step by contacting a DMSMatrix Associate, who can handle the setup on your behalf.

💡 Quick Option: If you’d prefer not to complete the setup yourself, simply share your Temu Access Token and Key with your assigned DMSMatrix Help Associate. They will configure the channel for you.

Manual Setup Instructions (Optional):

Step 1: Log in to DMSMatrix

  • Go to your DMSMatrix dashboard.
  • Navigate to Settings > Entity Settings.

Step 2: Add the Temu Channel

  • In the Channel tab, select Temu from the integrated channel list.
  • Click the “+” icon to add a new Merchant-Channel.

Step 3: Fill in Merchant-Channel Panels

  1. General Info & Settings:
    • Channel: Temu
    • Channel Code: (Create a unique code)
    • Channel Name: (e.g., “Temu Store”)
    • Currency: (Select your store’s currency)
    • Channel URL: (Enter the Temu store link)
    • Channel VAT No: (If applicable)
    • Sales Manager: Assign internally
    • VAT Payable (%): Input applicable rate
  2. Bank Details:
    • Enter channel-specific banking information.
  3. API Settings:
    • Select Temu from the API dropdown.
    • Enable necessary API functions (Product, Inventory, Orders, Tracking).
    • Paste the Access Token and Key from the Temu authorization.
  1. Channel Settings:
    • Fill in remaining fields to validate API configuration.
  2. Upload Settings:
    • Define the format for product feed uploads.

Step 4: Set Carrier & Warehouse

  • Go to Channel-Carrier & Channel-Warehouses.
  • Select the appropriate Promo-Carrier and Warehouse.

Step 5: Click “Attach”

  • Click “Attach” to finalize.
  • Save the channel configuration.

Adding Products to DMSMatrix

Once your Temu store is connected to DMSMatrix, you can start adding products into the DMSMatrix system and link them to Temu for publishing. The platform provides a user-friendly product dashboard to manually create, manage, and link products to your sales channels, including Temu.

Add a Single Product and Link to Temu

Step 1: Access the Product Dashboard

  • From the DMSMatrix main dashboard, click on the “Products” tab on the left panel.
  • This opens the Product Dashboard, where you can manage all product-related tasks.

Step 2: Open Product Settings

  • Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner of the Product Dashboard to access product features.

Step 3: Add a New Product

  • Click on “+ Add Product”, then choose “Create New Product”.

Step 4: Configure Product in the “Channels” Tab

  • DMS Category: Set to “Everything Else” by default.
  • Channels & Categories:
    • Select Temu from the drop-down list.
    • Click “Select Category” and use the search tool to find the most relevant Temu product category.
    • Choose the correct category and click “Select”, then “Next”.

Step 5: Complete the “Identifiers” Tab

  • Enter:
    • UPC, HS Code, and Barcode
    • Select the Vendor from the drop-down
    • Enter Vendor SKU and Channel SKU
  • Click “Next”

Step 6: Add Product Descriptions

  • Fill in:
    • DMS Title and DMS Title (in Chinese)
    • Channel Title (as it should appear on Temu)
    • DMS Description and Channel Description
  • Click “Next”

Step 7: Fill in the “Dimensions” Tab

  • Enter Length, Width, Height, and Weight as per your product specs.
  • Click “Next”

Step 8: Configure the “Financial” Tab

  • Vendor Costs – enter product cost in vendor currency.
  • Channel Prices:
    • Enter End Customer Price
    • Choose Tax Type and enter the Tax Value
  • Shipping Services:
    • Select the services and enter associated costs.
  • Click “Next”

Step 9: Complete the “Properties” Tab

  • Enter all required attributes marked with an asterisk (*).
  • Click “Next”

Step 10: Upload Product Images

  • In the Images tab:
    • Upload variation images and group images.
  • Click “Next”

Step 11: Save the Product

  • Click “Save”.
  • If all required information is correctly filled in, your product will now be added to DMSMatrix for further publishing.

Updating Inventory in DMSMatrix

After adding a product to DMSMatrix, you must update its inventory before it can be made available for listing or linking to sales channels like Temu. DMSMatrix provides a simple interface to adjust stock quantities per SKU and warehouse manually.

Step-by-Step: Single Inventory Update

Step 1: Access the Inventory Dashboard

  • From the main DMSMatrix dashboard, click “Inventory” on the left-hand side menu.
  • This will take you to the Inventory Management dashboard.

Step 2: Open Inventory Update Panel

  • Click on the “Update Inventory” option at the top of the page.

Step 3: Fill in Inventory Details

  • Complete the “Update Inventory” panel with the following required information:
    • Product: Enter the product’s SKU or UPC.
    • Category: Choose the appropriate product category from the dropdown menu.
    • Warehouse: Select the warehouse where the stock is located.
    • Quantity: Enter the number of units you want to add or reduce in the system.
    • Comment (Optional): Add any relevant notes regarding the stock update.

Step 4: Submit

  • Click “Submit” to save the inventory update.

Linking Products to Temu

Once products are added to DMSMatrix and inventory is updated, the next step is to link them to your Temu store. This process ensures that your products are pushed from DMSMatrix and appear on the Temu platform.

Step-by-Step: Linking Products to Temu

Step 1: Navigate to the Links Dashboard

  • From the main DMSMatrix dashboard, go to the “Links” Dashboard.

Step 2: Start Product Linking

  • Under the Action button, click on “Link Products”.

Step 3: Filter or Select Products

  • Use the filters or manually select the specific products you want to link to Temu.

Step 4: Initiate Linking

  • Click “Link Selected” to link only the checked products, or use “Link Filtered” to link all products currently visible through the filters.

Step 5: Product Push

  • The selected products will be pushed to Temu and begin appearing on your Temu store dashboard.
  • Once synced, you can view the products listed within the Temu Seller Center
